David Geiger
Chief Executive Officer

One of the company's founding partners, David was the CIO for many years before assuming the role of CEO. His background is in technology, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Center Partners, David worked in the publishing industry as the CIO for a technical publishing company. An early advocate of PC based computing, David and his partner created and sold their first commercial product in 1983. "Our first product was a networked PC system for construction estimating and although we sold the product rights to another company in 1984, we still get the occasional support call from someone using our system — 20 years after we wrote the code!”

Chris Kneeland
Chief Operations Officer

Chris was one of the five original equity owner/partners of Center Partners prior to its acquisition by WPP.

Previous to coming to Center Partners, Chris was the founder and owner of Work Life Designs, an organizational development, training and consulting company, working with Fortune 500 organizations. Center Partners' strategic acquisition of her company in 1999 demonstrated Center Partners' strong commitment to customer care through the highest quality training, organizational and human resource development. This focus continues today.

Chris has a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Colorado State University. She has been an instructor at Colorado State University and Regis University. Chris is a member of the Colorado State University External Advisory Board for the College of Applied Human Sciences. She is also a member of the Poudre Valley Health Systems Governing Board and a board member of the Community Foundation serving Northern Colorado.

Alane Urban
Senior Vice President, Business Analysis & Strategy

Alane joined Center Partners in 1997 and has helped grow the company from 50 employees to over 2,500 across multiple sites. Alane has been instrumental in developing quality processes, training programs and call center best practices that have been utilized throughout the company. She has focused many of her efforts in creating the culture that distinguishes Center Partners from its competitors. Alane oversees all client implementations as well as strategic business partnerships.

Alane’s background includes 11 years working at CitiGroup Bankcards and Diners Club in their Collections and Customer Service Departments. Here she gained extensive experience in both inbound and outbound call center operations, scheduling and driving process improvements.

Alane received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and enjoys continuing education at Denver University’s Daniels College of Business graduate programs.

Bobby L. Matthews, Jr.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Bobby brings over 18 years of experience in the call center, technology and telecommunications industry to the Center Partners Team as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Bobby has held several senior management sales, marketing, product management, and technical services roles, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing for a Tucson based Start-up Company. Prior to that he was vice president of relationship management at APAC Customer Services, Inc., where he was responsible for sales for the customer care outsourcing company and drove significant sales and revenue growth.

While with Comdisco, a business continuity company focused on disaster recovery and availability services, Bobby served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations and held numerous Senior Executive positions in Sales, Marketing and Product Management at Ameritech, AT&T, and MCI. Bobby served over 12 years in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard in various command and staff positions in the Infantry and Army Special Forces and received many decorations for service. He is also Six-Sigma Champion Certified.

Bobby is an active member in the American Teleservices Association (ATA), SOCAP International / Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, International Customer Service Association (ICSA), and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council where he serves as a member of the customer insight board on the Customer Affinity program. Bobby is Six-Sigma Champion Certified.

Gordon Jones
Chief Financial Officer

Gordon has more than 18 years experience in accounting and finance, including eight years with Center Partners. Since joining Center Partners in 1999 Gordon has held the positions of Financial Analyst, Director of Finance and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, coordination of internal and external audits and serving as the liaison between Center Partners and the parent company, Kantar. Gordon also serves on the Executive Committee and as Secretary of Center Partners’ Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Center Partners, Gordon worked in various accounting positions at publicly traded Woodward Governor Company and Newmont Mining Corporation, most notably at the corporate headquarters of Newmont with responsibilities in worldwide consolidation accounting. Gordon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and successfully completed the Uniform CPA Examination at the first sitting.

Michael Alden
Director, Information Technology

Michael draws on more than twenty years of success in the IT industry; including over twelve years experience with MCI. While with MCI his involvement and his technical teams enabled MCI to enter into the Call Center Outsourcing market with esteemed customers such as Microsoft, Iomega, and American Stores.

Michael’s architectural influence and designs were utilized to launch MCI’s most technologically advanced Call/Contact Center ever deployed in the US. Michael’s technical and business acumen provides Center Partner’s with an extensive background and network in the Call/Contact Center outsourcing market.

Michael’s work Highlighting the MCI product 1-800 MUSIC NOWsm, published in the Smithsonian Institute, enabled the MCI team to be selected as a finalist for the Media Arts & Entertainment category for the 1996 Computer World Smithsonian awards. This product was based on the first true Telephony Integrated Customer experience launched using data and voice integration at both the network and Call/Contact Center Levels.
